- You can buy a house directly from the person who sells his house.
Make sure to visit the Ministry to update your ownership and legally
live in your house.
Want to add a member to your house?
To let your resident live legality in your house you must register them in the ministry.
Want to sell your house?
you can rather sell your house to the rental office company
or sell it directly to a person.
make sure to make a contract with the buyer to not get into troubles in the future.
Land Value Tax
(LVT)
Land value tax: has been referred to
"the perfect tax" depends on the location.
The tax is weekly and can rise/drop any time.
tax on any owned personal property for living on house or apartment (doesn’t apply for house rental. The tax is paid by the land owner or the company)
The tax paper will be sent directly to the property owner address, with a proper tax information every week.
